Mohammed Hasheem Allullah Khan, Clinical Director, PT
Company owner Mohammed Hasheem Allullah Khan worked in a private practice setting in Calgary, AB since February, 2014, prior to opening his own clinics in Chestermere and Airdrie.
He became a physical therapist because even from an early age, he was interested in health science and working with others.
“As a physical therapist, I am able to play a unique role in restoring people’s function and I am able to get them back to optimal function,” he said.
“I am always eager to learn more and the research that supports our field is never ending.”
He obtained his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in India in 2009 and spent one year there working in private as well as hospital settings.
He achieved his Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in Toronto in 2012.

Working with clients in both Airdrie and Chestermere facilities, he specializes in particular in dry needling, spinal manipulation and TMJ Disorders.
He enjoys his work and being able to help the people who visit his clinic.

Karan Jani, PT
Karan graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011. Following his degree, Karan moved to Canada to pursue his an advanced diploma in Health, Wellness and Fitness at Mohawk College, Hamilton, Ontario, graduating in 2013.
Karan is very passionate about musculoskeletal physiotherapy and enjoys treating a wide variety of injuries; particularly athletic and geriatric populations. His physiotherapy practice focuses on a holistic treatment approach including manual therapy, vestibular therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, tapping, therapeutic exercise prescription, client education and more.
In past 5 years, Karan has worked with one of the leading Canadian physiotherapy company as a Physiotherapist and a Clinic Director. With the immense experience in clinical and leadership skills, he has joined Revital Health to the continue providing his services to the Airdrie and Saddleridge, NE, Calgary community. He loves working with the multi-disciplinary team of Naturopaths, Acupuncturists, Massage therapists etc. and enjoys problem solving with clients to help them return to their functional activities/goals.
When not working, Karan enjoys travelling, exploring new places, roller skating and loves playing cricket and badminton. He also enjoys his other role as a tutor and getting lots of love from his students. This combination of client and student satisfaction makes him more passionate about what he is doing.
His language skills include English, Gujarati, Hindi and he can easily communicate in Punjabi too.
Palak Patel, PT
Palak graduated from India in 2011 with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy. She moved to Canada in 2012 and pursued diploma in health, wellness and fitness from Mohawk college, Ontario before she became Registered physiotherapist..
She has been practising in Calgary as a physiotherapist since February 2016.
Palak's interest is in manual therapy and orthopedics. She currently treats musculoskeletal injuries, including sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents and work-related injuries with recent trends in the field.
Her focus of treatment is enhancing joint and muscle health, through the use of manual therapy techniques, cupping, tapping, dry needling, acupuncture, education and exercise. She is certified Level 1 Pelvic floor therapist and enjoys helping patients for urinary incontinence, as well as pelvic organ prolapse.
She loves being her patient's need oriented and gives one on one time to her clients throughout the process.
She is always keen in updating herself with recent treatment techniques.
When not working, she enjoys her administrative responsibilities at Revital Health.
PrakashKumar Patel, PT
Prakash holds bachelor degree in physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, India. He came to Canada in 2011 to complete an advance diploma in Fitness and Health promotion from Humber College, Toronto.
He has concentrated on orthopedic and sport injuries to treat the root-cause of a patient’s problem by utilizing biomechanical assessments and helping people move better since 2015.
Prakash is certified in Gunn intramuscular stimulation (IMS) trigger-point dry needling. He is working to get certification in spinal manipulation and Acupuncture.
Prakash believes that patient education regarding precursor for injuries, work ergonomics and posture plays a key role in treatment and better outcomes.
His clinical interests include neck pain, back pain, SI joint pain, knee pain, ankle pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, post-surgical pain, chronic pain, work related injuries, Injuries due to motor vehicle accident, tendon enthesopathy and tendonitis.
During his spare time, Prakash enjoys being outside, photography and biking.
Prapti Patil, PT
Prapti has completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Maharashtra University of Health Science, India in 2006. After completing her studies, she gained her experience by working in Orthopaedic and Cardiac rehabilitation centres in India for more than 3 years.
She also has experience in treating post operative conditions, motor vehicle accidents, work related injuries and acute and chronic pain related conditions.
She believes finding and treating the real cause of the problem will have an excellent outcome. Her Physiotherapy practice focuses on a evidence based approach including manual therapy, soft tissue release, therapeutic exercise prescription and taping.
She believes that Physiotherapy plays a crucial role in everyone's life, from children to seniors by improving their flexibility, mobility and strength to improve their functions and quality of life.
She believes in continuous learning, evidence-based practice and is planning to do manual therapy courses and dry needling courses.
During her free time, she likes to spend time with family and friends and to listen music.
Ahmad Qayyum, PT
Ahmad is very passionate about his work and takes great pride in helping others to achieve their maximum potential in rehab and translate these results into their daily activities of living consequently improving quality of their lives and to help bring joy back into their lives.
Ahmad is providing Physiotherapy services in Canada since 2014. He graduated in Physiotherapy in 2008 from Ziauddin University, Pakistan and soon after his graduation he joined Orthopedic clinics and inpatient team in a tertiary care hospital- helping people to recover after complex spinal surgeries, joint replacement, shoulder repair/reconstruction surgeries and other complex orthopedic procedures. And providing conservative management for conditions like back pain, SI joint pain, Neck pain, Shoulder-rotator cuff injures, hip and knee problems etc.
Ahmad moved to Canada in 2013 and continued his passion by joining a spinal and orthopedic surgery program at Fort McMurray where he spent couple of years working very closely with Spinal and orthopedic surgeons- Involved in assessment, pre-op education, post-op assessment, treatment, follow-up reassessment, work hardening programs to return to community and work for complex spinal and other surgeries like joints replacement, sports injuries (ACL, meniscus and cartilage reconstruction surgeries), Shoulder reconstruction and ankle injuries.
Ahmad has over ten years of experience as Physiotherapist. He strongly believes in empowering each individual client to help them achieve success. He views each client as unique with their own individual strengths and challenges, thus their programs are creatively designed to maximize outcomes and client-directed goals with a holistic treatment approach by including dry needling, acupuncture, corrective exercises, vestibular therapy, patient education and much more. Kinjal Borad, PT
Kinjal graduated from the Rajiv Gandhi University in 2011 with Bachelor in Physiotherapy. After completing her studies she moved to Canada, using her skills to help people improve their well-being. Since graduating, she has gained a wealth of knowledge that has sharpened her key skills, allowing her to become more efficient as a therapist.
Kinjal continues to pursue her love for knowledge by taking many postgraduate courses that help him to assist people to achieve better health. Kinjal continues to enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle and believes that this is the single most important thing anyone can do to live a more vibrant and adventurous life.

Gagan Minhas, PTA
Gagan Kaur is currently in her final year of her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Hons.) at the University of Calgary. Her focus within academia consists of health equity and race as a social determinant of health. She is currently conducting research which observes the medical neglect faced by racialized individuals who have cancer. She is a volunteer at the Thrive Centre (Alberta Cancer Exercise), a facility where she assists cancer patients in attaining the heavily researched benefits of physical activity to relieve cancer related symptoms. She is the co-creator of the Faculty of Kinesiology Equity Diversity and Inclusion committee, and is also a South Asian youth mental health ambassador for the organization SAMHAA, where she works on outreach projects that increases the accessibility of mental health initiatives for the community.
As a South Asian, woman of colour, and first-generation Canadian, the intersection of her experiences has made her extremely passionate about using her privilege as someone with access to higher education, to create translatable health care for the South Asian community as well as all minority communities, as mainstream medical research and practices are not all applicable to their unique lived experiences.
The reason she decided to embark on this new journey with Revital Health was due to the demographic that this clinic is accessible to, and how her unique experiences as a South Asian and someone with access to higher education can diminish barriers and disparities within health-care that get in the way of patients attaining their highest level of health.
Rupinder Kaur Mutti, PTA
Rupinder graduated from Punjabi University of Patiala, Punjab in India with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2015. After finishing her graduation she gained practical experience as an independent physiotherapist in India for 4 years. Rupinder was very passionate about treating patients with injuries, muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability.
In the past 4 years, Rupinder has worked as a physiotherapist in a Neuro Hospital and a charitable clinic back in India with experienced Doctors, maintained patience records and physiotherapy equipment.
She has joined Revital Health to continue providing her services as physiological assistant. She loves working with the multidisciplinary team of Naturopaths, Acupuncturists, Massage therapists etc. and enjoys problem solving with clients to help them return to their functional activities/goals.
When not working, Rupinder enjoys reading and preparing for examinations to become a registered physiotherapist in Canada. Her language skills include English, Hindi and Punjabi.
Nirali Patel, Massage Therapist
Nirali, a massage therapist working in the Chestermere and Saddleridge clinic, believes in a holistic approach to keeping our bodies healthy and she tries to use her education to provide more tools to aid her clients.
She graduated from ABM college with 2200 hrs.
She decided to become massage therapist because she likes to help people and treat different conditions. She offers various options of treatment as of deep tissue and light therapeutic massage depending on client's tolerance level and condition. She also does Myofascial and trigger point release therapy.
She strongly believes that health is wealth which gives the real peace and happiness in life.
“I became a massage therapist because I wanted to be part of the health care industry,” she said. “I enjoy helping people see faster recovery from injuries or just be able to let go of the stress of the day.”
Sandhiya Kumar Vediappan, Massage Therapist
Sandhiya Kumar working in our Chestermere and Saddleridge location is an RMT with 3000 hours of training and a graduate of the Advanced Clinical Massage therapy program at Makami Colleg and is an Active Member of Certified Registered Massage Therapy Association and licenced with City Of Calgary and Chestermere.
He has also received his Physiotherapy Degree from Dr. M.G.R Medical University in India and he worked as a Physiotherapist in Lanka Hospital (former Apollo Hospital), Sri Lanka, in Orthopedic, Neurological, Cardio Respiratory ICU’s, Pediatric, Geriatrics, Burns, Oncology, Renal and General Surgery departments.
Furthermore, he specializes in Therapeutic, Deep tissue, Swedish Relaxation, Sports, Lymphatic Massages, P.N.F Techniques, Cupping and Myofascial Release Techniques.
Sandhiya is passionate about the positive effect therapy on the body and mind.

Nicole Iwaasa, Massage Therapist
Originally from Lethbridge, Nicole attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Massage (S.A.I.M.) and graduated in December of 2012 with Honours of Distinction. After working in Lethbridge for 2 years she moved to Calgary to pursue new opportunities. Over the past 8 years she worked in a clinical setting where she have treated various ailments.
The majority of her experience has been focused on TMJ, sprains, strains, and athletic injuries.
She also instructed Massage Therapy courses such as kinesiology, musculoskeletal system, spa and hydrotherapy, ethics and professionalism, therapeutic exercise and clinic outreach.
In her spare time she coach Judo in Calgary, focusing on children under 13 but adults as well.
She has been a practitioner of Judo for 25 years and competed on a national and international level.
Betty Warren, Massage Therapist
Originally from Osoyoos B.C., Betty moved to Medicine Hat, A.B. in 1990 where she completed a 2300 hour massage therapy program at the Medicine Hat College in 1999. Over the last 20 years, Betty continues to seek out advanced techniques and learn from the greatest minds available. Currently, Betty is enrolled in studies with Dr. McGill, university professor emeritus at the University of Waterloo in spine biomechanics to study the lumbar spine function, injury, mechanisms, patient assessment, corrective exercises and performance training.
Presently, Betty is working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Naturopaths, and other enthusiastic Massage practitioners to provide Chestermere and Calgary with the best quality care. Kulbir Sidhu, Massage Therapist
Kulbir is registered massage therapist (2200hrs) with honorary academic and clinical achievements from Makami college Calgary, and is an active member of Certified Registered Massage Therapy Association (CRMTA) and licenced with City of Calgary.
Along with Massage therapy, she also has Bachelors in Physiotherapy and Masters with specialization in Sports Physiotherapy from India. She has 7 years of experience working with neuromuscular, cardiovascular and sports injuries clients at Singapore and India as Physiotherapist. Since moving to Canada in 2015 has worked with MVA (Motor vehicle accidents) and work-related injuries clients, treating in capacity of Physio assistant.
Her scope of practice includes Therapeutic massage, Lymphatic drainage, pre and post natal massage, Hot stone, Myofascial release, Sports massage, Cupping and joint mobilisation. Along with thorough assessment and using her extensive knowledge she also incorporates stretching and strengthening exercises into treatment plans.

Baljinder Sull, R.Psych, M.C
A little about BAL-
She is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She began practicing in 2017, and have worked in a variety of counselling environments. Some of her past experience includes working with clients facing concerns related to abuse, grief & trauma, injury, and motor vehicle accidents
She provides counselling in a variety of areas, and work with Individuals who may be struggling with life changes due to the loss of a loved one, changes in mobility, PTSD, or other life altering injuries. She also is an EMDR therapist, and work with individuals struggling with recent, past, or childhood traumatic experiences.
BAL has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. She believes her educational, professional, and personal experiences allow her to have a diverse and empathetic perspective to clients and their needs. We all face difficulties during transitions in our lives, and our past can sometimes dictate our responses to pain and loss. Bal's role is to ensure helping her clients to search for beneficial coping strategies and healthy ways to commit to moving forward.
Dr. Alim Hirji, Chiropractor
Dr. Alim Hirji has recently moved back home and is the newest member to join Revital Health! Born and raised in Calgary, Dr. Hirji has always had the passion to be involved in health care.
He has been seeking the benefits of chiropractic care throughout his life, and more particularly, while playing varsity soccer during his undergraduate studies. His experience with chiropractic at that time, and how beneficial it was for him led him to pursue chiropractic as his career.
Dr. Hirji has education from the University of Alberta, and Red Deer College in the background of adapted physical education. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, he went on to attain a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology, and his Chiropractic Degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
Attending UWS has allowed Dr. Hirji to acquire evidence-based practice knowledge that embodies joint manipulations, soft tissue techniques, and active care rehabilitation to provide the best care.
Dr. Hirji has also specialized in TMJ assessment and treatment through various seminars. Extra certifications in taping techniques and Graston soft tissue tools have also been completed by Dr. Hirji, and finds them effective his wellness care. Being a young athlete that received the benefits of chiropractic care, Dr. Hirji hopes to give back
and spend time with athletes in his practice to help them stay in their best shape and allow

DR. Tharshni Velauthapillai, Chiropractor
Dr. Tharshni Velauthapillai is originally from Toronto, but moved to Calgary last fall. She has always been fascinated by the mountains, so she wanted to start her practice in Alberta!
She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. She later went on to study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and graduated in June 2019. Studying at CMCC gave her the tools to become a skilled diagnostician and practitioner of patient-centered, evidence-based care involving joint manipulation, mobilization, soft tissue therapy, and exercise prescription.
Dr. Tharshni started seeking chiropractic care while she was an undergrad student at McMaster University after suffering from low back pain. Her positive experience with chiropractic care inspired her to pursue it as a career.
Throughout her undergraduate studies, Dr. Tharshni volunteered regularly at seniors’ homes working side-by-side with physiotherapists and recreational therapists. She has a special interest in working with the geriatric population, in addition to providing care to families in the NE Calgary area.
When out of the office she enjoys working out at the gym, baking, and spending time with friends and family. She hopes to eventually become an experienced hiker as well!

Firas Ben Zaid, MBChB, ND, Naturopathic Health Care Provider
Dr. Ben Zaid, is a graduate of CCNM, Licensed Naturopathic Doctor and a member in good standing of both the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA), and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). He also completed conventional medical training and obtained Bachelor’s of Medicine and Surgery from Baghdad.

Neva Popoff is the Admin Lead for Revital Health. She thrives on building professional relationships with
all the patients and her fellow team members. Neva’s priorities include working with the front staff,
therapists, insurance companies and adjusters to ensure patients receive the best care.
Neva has lived in Chestermere AB for the past 11 years, originally arriving from British Columbia. She
has several years of administrative experience under her belt and is also an accomplished toastmaster.
Having gone through sports injuries while growing up, Neva has personally benefited from physio,
chiropractic and massage treatments to realign her body. She knows the benefits of these therapies and
already has her 13 year old son receiving regular massage treatments.
When she’s not in the offices of Revital Health interacting with patients and staff, Neva enjoys spending
quality time with her family, playing basketball with her son AJ, golfing, traveling, long walks with her
beautiful dog Shadow and just general quiet time by a fire in the backyard.

Simarpreet kaur (simi), is a certified Medical Office.
She had spent a year in winnipeg, where she completed her high school at River East Colligate.
She also volunteered as a newspaper distributer in past.
She moved to Calgary few years back to call it a home, where she completed her medical office assistant course.

Muna had graduated from Norquest College with a Hospital Unit Clerk certificated in 2017. She is currently pursuing Social Work at Mount Royal University.
She has been working in Customer Service since 2017, with experience in various settings like shopping markets, and retail. Muna has excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Due to her experience, she also has administrative expertise, which helps her perform her duties attentively as a CSR. With her previous experience, she ensures a thorough, and smooth running of the Chestermere Clinic. Muna also provides support to the various Physiotherapist, Massage therapist, Chiropractic, and Naturopathic therapists who work in Revital Health.

Matinah has a cheerful personality and always has a smile on her face. She has a willingness to learn

When not working, Matinah enjoys working out at the gym and going for long runs and being outdoors.

Mary graduated from Holy Angel University in the Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
In the past years, she has gained extensive experience working as a Customer Service Representative in different kinds of field and industry. Over the course of her career, Mary learned that exceeding customer expectation was the key to a 100% customer satisfaction.
Her passion for continuous learning and increasing her knowledge led her to medical field where being part of the health care industry was one of her lifelong goal.
Mary's greatest movation and inspiration is her family. They are the one that keeps her going towards reaching all her aspirations.

Jasreet Kaur completed high school studies in India from Punjab Public School, Nabha. The studies major’s in business field. She came to Canada in 2018 and pursued the business field with specializing in Administration with diploma of AIM in SAIT, Calgary.
She is highly motivated and creative individual with over 2 years of customer service experience with company rules and regulations. A friendly and helpful individual who is able to tackle all kinds of situations effectively.
Her interests are in scheduling, organizing, maintain filling system, managing database’s and has earned advance level in MS Suite. She believes the patient satisfaction comes first then any business needs. Assisting patients and
helping them what is best for them is the only motive. She is keen learner and always welcome the new techniques and new technology.
In spare time Jasreet loves reading books, brushing her artistry skills and spending time with family and friends.
