Your First Visit
For your first visit to Revital Health Physiotherapy & Massage you can expect to have a thorough assessment of your injury or condition.
We will also discuss with you your recovery goals and recommend a course of customized therapy that we believe will have the best results for you.
Please wear or bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that will allow us to examine the injured area and allow you to move as we assess the impact on different parts of your body.
Please bring with you a list of any prescribed or over-the-counter medication you take on a regular basis and any notes or reports from your physician.
You can expect to receive your first physiotherapy at this time as well.
